Australian deliveries - Delivery Postage Options and Costs
All orders will be processed next business day using Australia Post. An email will be sent to notify you when your order has been shipped.
For deliveries within Australia, we charge a flat rate of $10.00 per delivery. This is the total postage charged regardless of number of items purchased. For any orders over $150.00, delivery is free! If you would like your parcel to be sent registered post (which we recommend) there is an additional fee of $2.70.
Express post
National delivery can be organised for the next business day with applicable charges. For this express service Think Pinq uses Australia Post (express post). Freight costs will be confirmed prior to sending the gift.

Overseas deliveries
Think Pinq can deliver gifts overseas upon request. Delivery expectations and freight costs will be confirmed prior to sending the gift. Think Pinq uses Australia Post International Registered Airmail for this service.
Making an order
All prices are in Australian Dollars. Placement of an order constitutes entering into the terms and conditions set out in this section. Think Pinq will confirm your order by email. You will receive confirmation that your order has been processed and an electronic invoice. Think Pinq’s agreement with you comes into existence once Think Pinq has confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received. Think Pinq is a wholly Australian owned and operated company, all prices are currently quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD), including GST. Please note: International customers will have 10% GST removed from the total order price at the checkout.
Cancellation of orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Think Pinq immediately on 07 54784001 or sales@thinkpinq.com.au. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Think Pinq.
Returns and exchanges
In the unfortunate event that your order has been damaged through the delivery process, please email Think Pinq to organise for the item to be returned and a replacement organised. Please choose your products carefully. We do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind. Each order is individually inspected before dispatch. Defective items must be returned to Think Pinq within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
How to Return a Faulty or Broken Product
If you have received a faulty or broken product simply email us, at sales@thinkpinq.com.au and we will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the faulty product. As soon as the return has been received a free replacement will be shipped, or if the product is no longer available, a full refund will be authorized.

Think Pinq believe that the responsible use of personal information collected on our website is critical to our reputation and your safety. We want you to shop online with complete confidence. We have therefore created the following security system for our customers:
Think Pinq has chosen PayPal as our payment gateway partner. Our payment processing system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology - the industry standard for encryption technology. SSL is the system that is used by all reputable e-commerce sites. SSL technology is compatible with most browsers. SSL encrypts all information (e.g. your credit card number) passed from your browser to our payment gateway, making it almost impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party, as long as your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions. In order to maintain security of this information, credit card details will not be stored on our servers, but only used on an individual transaction basis (i.e., customers enter their credit-card details each time they order). Think Pinq will not have access to credit card details entered on the web. We want to ensure that when you are doing business with Think Pinq that it will be a rewarding and pleasant experience, and if you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact us.
Privacy
Think Pinq respects your privacy and recognises your right to protection of all personal information you provide us with, including your name, address, telephone number and email address. Information provided by you to Think Pinq will be used to process your order and ascertain customer satisfaction in relation to this service. Think Pinq may release appropriate information to third parties such as courier companies to assist with the fulfilment of your order.
